Body Butter for Dry Skin, Made Without Added Water

Nkechi Body Butter is a water-free whipped shea body butter made for dry skin, rough skin and skin that feels tight after showering. It is a natural body butter made for deeper skin tones and for anyone who wants black owned body care without a long ingredient list.

Texture and Finish: A Water-Free Whipped Shea Body Butter

Thick and whipped, firm in the jar and buttery on contact. It melts in and leaves a soft, velvety finish rather than a greasy one. Because it contains no added water, a little covers a lot.

Scent: Naturally Fragranced, No Added Synthetic Fragrance

Earthy and buttery with soft herbal notes from peppermint, tea tree and eucalyptus.

Made With: yellow and ivory shea butter, mango butter, rosehip, grapeseed, almond and castor oils, peppermint, tea tree, eucalyptus.

How to Use Body Butter for Dry Skin

1. Apply to clean, slightly damp skin straight after bathing.
2. Warm a small amount between your palms.
3. Massage in circular motions until it melts in.
4. Add extra to elbows, knees, hands and feet.
5. Reapply to dry areas as needed.

Where It Fits: Body Butter and Body Oil Layering Order

This is the richest step in a body care routine. Cleanse, apply a lotion or cream first if you want a lighter layer, then use Nkechi to seal and soften. If you use a body oil too, oil goes last.

Best For: dry skin, rough skin, ashy skin and moisture-depleted skin on deeper skin tones.
Not For: broken or actively irritated skin. Patch test first if you have sensitive skin. Natural butters soften in heat, refrigerate if it arrives melted.
